Whether you enjoy beach runs or mountain hikes, adventure or relaxation, ownership and membership within Costa Elena has its privileges. Different restaurants; retail boutiques; hiking and biking trails; a wellness center; all situated near our secure residential neighborhoods are sure to enhance your daily life.

We have a list of services which complement our amenities so you can be sure to enjoy each of them fully. Water and sewer systems; electricity; fiber optic cable and public Wi-Fi just to name a few.

Current Amenity Plans:

Costa Elena Beach Club will provide the pools, tennis courts and food, beverage and hospitality service for all Costa Elena owners and their rental guests. Estimated Delivery November 2020.

El Pueblito and The Village will be hubs of activity for the Las Mareas community. As the community matures, local artisan shops; bike rentals; a sales discovery center; an outdoor café; a grocery market and more will rest under the trees between the Dreams and Zoetry hotels and along the mangroves. Two Club Memberships:

The Punta Clara Beach Club Membership stays with the Founder for life, if dues are paid and the Founder has completed construction of a home on their selected lot within 7 years.  The Costa Elena Beach Club Membership stays with the property. If the Founder sells the home, the Founder remains a Punta Clara Beach Club Member if the above criteria is satisfied.  If the new home owner wants a Punta Clara Beach Club Membership, they must purchase it, or the Founder can sell their membership to the new owner.
